I placed an order in the middle of March. It is now approaching mid May with no updates besides it will ship soon. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and repetitive in their updates. Would not order from this company again.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter and it was too small so I requested an exchange for a different size. I mailed the original one back to them and the tracking shows that they received it on Jan 4,2021. I still have yet to receive the replacement and they do not respond to any emails or Facebook messenger messages. I have sent several and only get automated responses back. There is not a customer service number anywhere that I can find. I realize that things are a little slower with COVID regulations but that shouldn’t prevent communication. It’s just incredibly frustrating!

i ordered a mystery tie-dye t-shirt set last year and was thoroughly disappointed. ive actually been looking for somewhere to review this company since they have no google reviews, facebook reviews, nothing.
took ages to arrive, the tie-dye job is crap, the shirts were folded into the packaging so they had glue all over them, and they both did not fit the same at all (completely different sizing) despite both having the same size on the tag.
dont recommend this company, they dont answer emails (i even sent one to the owner and they deflected my email completely!), and likely most of the good reviews are from reps.
they also delete negative comments because mine have been deleted on their social medias before.
the only reason theyre getting two stars is because i did receive my order, unlike many below me.

I also placed my order 11/30 for two mystery tshirts packs ... I have written four times and each time they say the order is in the warehouse and is processing... sorry for the delay but you should have your order... do not purchase from this company. I have only received automated replies and there is no customer service number to call

I ordered from them, not knowing it's an American company. Perhaps it's good to order from them while being in the States but definitely not from Canada. Took over a month, and without warning, cost me an extra $25 just to pick it up from the post office. No warning. I didn't see that fine print in my receipt, thank you very much for the waste of money.

awful, i’ve been waiting for over a month now for my order. no response from customer service, and all of the other negative reviews have made me realize i probably won’t get one. don’t order from this site, EVER. i haven’t even gotten a single shipping update in about two weeks.

I thought I could support a good cause and small artist while buying a sweatshirt. But they charged me close to $100 for a sweatshirt that is PAPER THIN. I can see my fingers through the fabric. I requested a refund and did not hear back from them even after a week. They are a total scam and I am convinced anyone who stands by their product is just hoodwinked into thinking they're 'doing good' for the world.

Lots of fun designs and something for everyone! The shirts are comfy, backpacks are durable, scrunchies are cute and hold their shape after multiple wears, etc. If you are into travel related clothing this is the brand for you!

Great community for travel lovers and amazing clothes for adventures! I always get complimented on my shirts and accessories, especially my “travel more” flag! I love the sweatshirts and crew necks— super cozy and stylish.
